riverfront location helpful staff abundant array
the riverfront location was lovely i could easily walk to many restaurants and bars the staff was helpful and friendly always ready with a smile and assistance the breakfast buffet was abundant it had a wide array of options to suit every taste.
the fitness room was quite small it only contained a few machines.

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
stained carpets high noise
The cleanliness was not what I expect. The carpets had some visible stains throughout the hallways. The noise level from the waterfront was high at night. Loud music continued late into the evening. I was forced to use earplugs to sleep. This issue was annoying.

The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection. I found fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes daily. The staff was helpful, assisting with directions and recommendations. The hotel provided a convenient location for exploring nearby attractions.
I noticed some minor wear and tear in the room decor.

Excellent stay with river views
warm greeting river view comfy beds
The greeting was warm, and I received an upgrade to a grand view room. This room included a balcony overlooking the river and the bridge. I found the beds comfy and the bathroom had luxurious toiletries. A kettle and tea and coffee were available. Each evening I received turndown service with chocolates.
The hotel exterior can be difficult to reach due to traffic restrictions, potentially requiring a short walk uphill with luggage.

Downstairs, I saw both a bar and an outdoor seating area. Guests were able to sit in front of the hotel. It was ideal for people watching. A fitness room existed with limited equipment.

spacious room riverside location friendly staff impersonal welcome dismissive receptionist corporate approach
the room was spacious and clean. the location on the riverside was special. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. i enjoyed the lovely restaurant with well trained staff.
our initial welcome felt a bit impersonal. the receptionist seemed dismissive when we asked about drying our clothes after a downpour. this corporate approach felt unhelpful, not showing much flexibility.
